When did you first realize you wanted to be an author?
When I was around 6 years old
How long did it take you to write your book(s)?
It takes me on average around 2 months to write my book, plus extra time for edits
What is your work schedule like when you're writing?
Busy busy busy! I have to write every day.
What would you say is your interesting writing quirk?
That I must have snacks to write!
Where do you get your information or ideas for your books?
My imagination and from people I know
What do you like to do when you're not writing?
Yoga, watching tv, playing with my dog
What does your family think of your writing?
They often see aspects of themselves in my writing, and always want my autograph in their copy of the book!
What was one of the most surprising things you learned in creating your books?
That writing for a career is very different to writing just for fun!
Do you have any suggestions to help people become a better writer? If so, what are they?
Only write stories you’re passionate about.
